WEYMOUTH, MA — Electro Switch Corp. has acquired Arga Controls, a producer of precision measurement and control instrumentation. Based in Monrovia, California, Arga Controls will operate as a unit of Electroswitch.

Since 1970, Arga Controls has been designing and manufacturing high-quality, precision measurement and control instrumentation including battery monitors, industrial and utility-grade digital meters/transducers, transformers and relays.
