North American Training Solutions (NTAS) has scheduled several training sessions this summer including a leadership course, a class on empowering educators and a hands-on training session on aerial rescue.

Women Lead: Discovering Your Path Forward
Dates: July 11, 13 and 18
An all-female team of instructors at NTAS will help attendees to discover their path to improving how they lead in this three-day online learning experience spanning the course of three weeks. Participants will be inspired to think differently while drawing from all learning styles to identify, enhance and hone their best personal skillset in all aspects of their lives.
Attendees will learn:
- Leadership skills and techniques: including recognizing other’s perspectives, conflict resolution techniques and communication skills
- Personal strengths: including building confidence, equality and work/life balance
- Self-awareness: including coherence and resiliency

Empower the Educator: Building Strong Teams
Dates: Aug. 1, 3, 8 and 10
NATS Master Instructors will teach participants empowering education techniques in this four-day online learning experience spanning the course of four weeks. They will be inspired to think differently, understand the “why” (understanding the “why” is one of the most empowering ways to approach education), and break down personal barriers to unleash the educator within them to rise to their ultimate potential. Aerial Rescue
Date: Aug. 26
NATS is offering an Aerial Rescue Open Enrollment Course to prepare climbers for the most likely scenarios where they may have to respond to an emergency. The one-day course provides hands-on instruction and field demonstration around emergency preparedness, readiness and accident prevention.
