Every year, the International Lineman's Rodeo Association (ILRA) kicks off the International Lineman's Rodeo Week with the Safety and Training Conference.

Everyone from students to apprentices, and from experienced to retired journeyman lineworkers, packs the room at the Overland Park Convention Center to hear stories of near misses, personal protective equipment, and best practices for safety in the line trade.

This year, the ILRA once again has a lineup of speakers from across the industry. For the full schedule, visit the ILRA website or download the official event mobile app.
