    Learn about the latest trends in training, recruiting and retaining employees during a four-day conference in New Orleans. The theme of the 2023 event, hosted by T&D Power Skills and ISPC, is to empower the next generation of lineworkers. 

    Attendees can participate virtually or in person for the conference, which will take place at the Renaissance New Orleans Arts Warehouse District Hotel.
