Weschler Presents New Transformer Monitors at Techcon

Weschler Instruments introduced Transformer Advantage II at Techcon last week. Transformer Advantage II is a new family of transformer and LTC temperature monitors.

The monitors check direct oil temperature, simulated winding temperature, calculated winding temperature and LTC temperature difference. A new feature includes three calculated winding temparatures.

Transformer Advantage come in single, dual and three RTD units and have a multi-stage fan/pump control.

Also new to this type of product are analog and digital inputs.

The product features a weatherproof NEMA4X metal case and comes SCADA ready: analog, digital, DNP3.0.

A new alarm & relay configuration scheme simplifies actuation for multiple conditions.
