The DTS-60A from High Voltage Inc. is an automatic, programmable liquid dielectric tester. The devices includes preprogrammed test sequences, user-programmable test routines, internal memory, computer interface, built-in printer and many languages.

The input ins 120 V, 60 Hz, 7 A. The output is 0-60 kVac and 800 VA resistive load.
