Exodigo Expands AI-Powered Subsurface Intelligence Capabilities for Infrastructure Projects

The expanded Exodigo portfolio offers remote data analysis, on-site reality capture, AI-driven engineering services, and utility relocation support, enabling project teams to identify underground conditions early, reduce costs, and stay on schedule from project inception.

Exodigo has expanded its product portfolio with integrated subsurface intelligence solutions designed to support infrastructure owners, engineering firms, and contractors from early project planning through utility relocation and project delivery.

The company said the expanded portfolio builds on its use of multi-sensing technology, artificial intelligence, and engineering expertise to identify underground utilities and provide project teams with more detailed information about subsurface conditions.

The new offerings include foundation and geotechnical solutions, expanded engineering capabilities, and utility relocation services organized into four solution categories: Remote Data Intelligence, On-Site Reality Capture, AI Engineering, and Utility Relocation Services.

“The biggest risks on infrastructure projects are created long before construction begins,” said Jeremy Suard, co-founder and CEO of Exodigo. “The earlier project teams understand what’s underground, the more opportunities they have to improve design, avoid conflicts, reduce costs, and keep projects on schedule. We’ve expanded our solutions so customers can engage us wherever they are in the project lifecycle, while delivering the greatest value when we’re involved from the very beginning.”

The Remote Data Intelligence solutions use artificial intelligence to collect, integrate, and analyze existing infrastructure information before fieldwork begins. The company’s ExoInfo product combines utility records, engineering documents, geospatial information, satellite imagery, permits, land ownership data, and other sources to create project intelligence and detailed maps.

The On-Site Reality Capture solutions combine non-intrusive sensing technologies with AI-powered analysis and engineering expertise to identify subsurface conditions and buried infrastructure. The portfolio includes Utility Mapping, Foundation Mapping, Geotechnical Mapping, and Targeted Validation, providing engineering-grade 3D maps and information to support planning, design, and construction decisions.

The AI Engineering solutions include design services, digitization and modeling, and 2D-to-3D transformation capabilities. These services are intended to help project teams validate designs, optimize engineering workflows, create 2D and 3D maps and digital twins, and convert legacy drawings and records into enhanced 3D models.

Exodigo’s Utility Relocation Services are designed to help project teams develop utility relocation cost estimates, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage relocation planning.

The company said the expanded solutions can be used individually or combined into a connected workflow that integrates planning, site investigation, engineering, and utility relocation activities.

Exodigo said the portfolio is available immediately and supports transportation, utilities, energy, digital infrastructure, real estate development, and public-sector infrastructure projects in North America, Europe, and Israel.
