At the IEEE PES T&D event, power industry professionals learned that, no matter where they came from, they were all facing the same industry issues and challenges regarding the power grid.
The more than 15,000 attendees could learn about how other companies and utilities are focusing on affordability, resiliency and reliability while designing, operating and maintaining the grid of the future.
During the conference, IEEE PES shared many different industry sessions--from technical panel discussions to large Super Sessions--to share the industry knowledge, research and best practices.
In addition to the educational sessions, they could also go beyond the show floor by embarking on technical tours of the Argonne National Laboratory, ComEd facilities and more.
This photo gallery shows scenes from the Super Sessions, technical panel sessions and the stage presentations on the exhibit hall floor. For more information, stay tuned to T&D World's website for more event coverage.
