Increase transformer reliability and availability from condition assessment to site repair

A large number of the transformers world population is approaching its expected end-of-life. This paper describes transformer condition assessment methodology and on-site repair solution as a means to increase both the reliability and availability of transformers and therefore the energy efficiency of the network.
