Support Squad: Families at the 2025 International Lineman's Rodeo

The International Lineman's Rodeo Week has turned into a family event with line families from around the world celebrating the line trade.

The International Lineman's Rodeo has evolved into a family affair, with lineworkers and their families traveling to Kansas City to explore the area attractions. On the day of the competition, however, they are there on the sidelines cheering on their beloved competitors.

Over the years, the International Lineman's Rodeo Association (ILRA) has also added special attractions just for children. For example, the Children's Area features inflatables, space to run and play and equipment to operate. Children can also participate in the International Kids Rodeo and go up in the bucket truck rides sponsored by Altec.

This photo gallery celebrates lineworkers' official support squad: their families. They keep everything rolling at home while their loved ones are working storms, and they connect during the International Lineman's Rodeo Week. Line families, thanks for all you do to support your lineworkers!

Also, if you have a photo of your family that you want to add to this gallery, please email it to Field Editor Amy Fischbach or share it with Linemen World on Instagram.
