The Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) held a Commission Conference on May 4, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the PSC limited on-site public participation at the conference. Therefore, no member of the public attended in person.

Following the Commission Conference, the PSC held a hearing to consider Florida Power & Light Co.'s (FPL's) settlement petition on Hurricane Dorian cost recovery.
The PSC then held a hearing to consider Duke Energy Florida LLC's petition to approve its 2021 settlement agreement, including general base rate increases.
