This webinar reviews the impact of the 2019 Public Safety Power Shutoff season on customers. Using data from the 2019 J.D. Power Residential Electric Customer Satisfaction Study the impact on customers is explored, along with the impact on customer satisfaction and the lessons learned.

Andrew Heath is Senior Director, Utility Intelligence at J.D. Power. He is responsible for the company’s water, natural gas and electric customer satisfaction studies in the United States and Canada.

Jack McCall is Executive Vice President with Lindsey FireSense. Jack has more than 30 years’ experience in electric utility industry, focusing on advanced technologies for both transmission and distribution. He holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Electric Power Engineering, and has authored or co-authored dozens of peer-reviewed papers.
