Call for Abstracts for 2026 Vegetation Management Supplement
For many years, T&D World has partnered with the Utility Arborist Association (UAA) on the annual Vegetation Management Supplement. We are now looking for new feature articles for our 2026 supplement.
To submit an abstract, please fill out this online form or email Amy Fischbach, Head of Content for T&D World, by Feb. 2, 2026. You will need to include such information as:
- your contact information
- proposed headline
- a summary of the article
- ideas for photos, illustrations or graphs
The deadline for abstracts is Feb. 2, 2026, and the deadline for final articles, photos and captions is due to Amy by March 16. 2026. The final articles must be about 1,500 to 2,500 words in length, follow T&D World’s editorial style and include a short headline, deck, subheads and an author bio at the end.
The selected articles will appear in the June print supplement and in our Vegetation Management Insights newsletter. Those submitted stories that don't make it into the print issue will be published online on T&D World's website at www.tdworld.com/vegetationmanagement or appear in a future print issue of the magazine.
Authors whose articles are accepted for publication will need to sign an author agreement and can review the PDFs of their articles before they go to press.
We are also looking for high-resolution photos of utility vegetation management for the cover of our 2026 Vegetation Management Supplement. If you have vertical high-resolution color photos related to vegetation management you would like us to consider for the cover, please email them to Amy.
