A crew from Pedernales Electric Cooperative in central Texas inspects a residential solar power installation. The crew greets the homeowner at his house, does a visual inspection of the rooftop solar panels and two 5-kilowatt generators and checks the electrical meter for feedback as well as to insure proper power usage credit.
