A crew from Pedernales Electric Cooperative in central Texas completes a three-phase highway crossing above the four-lane Texas State Highway 281 just north of San Antonio. In this video, the crew makes kellum grip connections between rope and wire and uses a tensioner to pull ropes back across, trailing wires that are then dead-ended on the receiving end.
