A Kansas City Power & Light crew performs a three-phase gloved transfer in preparation for subterranean distribution under a freeway. In Part 1 of this two-part video, we see the crew cut away parts of the old distribution pole, attach a new cross-arm to the new pole and use hoists to make attachments to the new pole.
