Nighthawk Systems, Inc. has received an additional order for CEO-700 whole house disconnect units from Tri-County Rural Electric Cooperative of Mansfield, Pennsylvania. This second, larger order is based on a successful pilot program using the CEO-700s during the fall of 2005. Tri-County also owns or is affiliated with Wellsboro Electric Company, Claverack Rural Electric Cooperative and Citizens' Electric Company.

The CEO-700 gives electric utilities the ability to remotely disconnect and reconnect power to residential electric meters, saving them time and money over the traditional manual disconnect method requiring multiple truck rolls and field personnel.

H. Douglas Saathoff, Nighthawk's CEO, stated, "Utilities continue to come back with additional, larger orders after successfully implementing remote disconnect programs using the CEO-700. With our newly announced access to the Verizon Wireless network in hand, I expect to accelerate the pace at which we gain new customers in this market. Each successful sale leads to additional exposure among neighboring utilities."
