Consert Selects Marlabs to Build Integrated Smart Grid Solution

Marlabs, Inc. has been selected by Consert, Inc. to build a smart grid energy management solution.

By using smart grid technology; this solution will allow a utility to better manage overall energy usage. Consumers will be able to control home power usage by creating their own energy schedule for key home devices – which is in turn communicated to load management systems at the utility end. As a result, utilities can better manage energy demand and consumers can bring down their utility bills.

After evaluating a number of vendors in a due diligence process, Consert awarded the multi-year multi-million dollar contract to Marlabs.
