POWER Engineers will present Managing your Critical Utility Systems with an Affordable and Simple RTU in Room D225 at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, May 23rd. The Info Session will demonstrate the benefits of using its SNAP DNP I/O. Current examples of how the technology is being implemented will be given. Also, team members instrumental in SNAP DNP I/O development will explain the diverse applications this unit can provide, including monitoring substation alarm contacts and transducer current loops, integrating data into a SCADA Ethernet LAN, or monitoring and controlling small generation units located in remote sites.
