Tami’s vast experience in transmission planning and the utility industry includes a variety of regional roles. For nearly a decade she served as manager of transmission planning for the Mid-Continent Area Power Pool Corp. (MAPPCOR), organizing development of the company’s annual 10-Year Regional Transmission Plan and overseeing NERC compliance analysis and studies. Tami has also worked as a project manager for WestConnect Regional Planning and as a transmission planning consultant for Great River Energy.
Tami received a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering, with a power emphasis, from South Dakota State University. She earned a Project Management Certificate from the University of Minnesota.
