January 18, 2012 -- FWT, LLC (FWT), one of the leading manufacturers in the design and fabrication of custom steel structures for the utility and telecommunications industry announces its expansion into Ohio through the purchase of a plant in the Village of Hicksville in late December 2011.

This new facility will allow FWT to be able to serve its existing and new customers in this new facility with more than 320,000 square feet on about 94 acres. It is expected that in excess of 200 jobs will be added to support this facility. This expansion supports FWT's strategic initiatives to serve the growing demands and needs of our customers in the utility and telecommunications industries.

This expansion marks a milestone in the company's history and allows the Company to support our customers with an improved geographic presence with a full operational plant facility. We are committed to meeting our customer product needs, said Fred Moore, CEO.

FWT expects to start production in the spring and is working with Ohio state and local governments to plan necessary staffing, training and skill set development.
