Denver, January 7, 2009 –- Enspiria Solutions, a provider of consulting and systems integration services to the utility, cable and government sectors, announces that it is expanding its Smart Grid practice due to its continued growth in the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and Meter Data Management (MDMS) market.

Enspiria also announces the addition of Kevin Cornish, a technical and management professional with more than 20 years of utility business systems experience, as Smart Grid Executive Consultant.

Cornish, a professional electrical engineer, brings to Enspiria a diverse portfolio of experience and knowledge in utility system operations, planning and engineering; including 13 years at a major investor-owned utility and 10 years with utility solutions providers.

Prior to joining Enspiria, Cornish held the position of Director – Investor Owned Utility Sales at Aclara Group. In particular, Cornish was responsible for the account management at key AMI customers for the STAR and TWACS AMI solutions, as well as managing the technical sales support across the Aclara solution offerings. Mr. Cornish also had the key position of project manager for the Aclara TWACS solution delivery of products and services to PG&E on its SmartMeter project.

Cornish earned his a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (EE), a M.S. in EE with an emphasis in power systems, and an MBA in marketing and telecommunications management.
