Featured Poll: Do Utilities Support a Climate Accord?

Electric utilities invested considerable time and money participating for years in international climate discussions.  For many companies the impetus was a perception that U.S. utilities were being targeted for disproportionate emission reductions, which could cripple them financially.  Now that the U.S. has exited from the Paris Climate change accords(treaties),  it seems somewhat surprising that not all utilities are happy about this reversal.  Why?
