Photo Contest Puts Linemen in the Spotlight

April 18, 2018
Lineman Life Photo Contest

Linemen work around the clock in challenging conditions to keep the power on. To showcase their hard work and commitment to the trade, T&D World invited linemen to enter their photos in the first annual Lineman Life photography contest.

Eric Bowden, a lineman for Local 104 in New Hampshire, won the contest with a photo called, "Powering Puerto Rico."  As the winner, he won a Tail Tamer from Utility Solutions and had his photo published in the Parting Shot department of the magazine. Here are the top 12 photos for this year's competition.
