At the International Lineman's Rodeo, journeyman lineman teams must work together to complete tasks in the fastest time with the least number of deductions.

On Team Thursday, which is sponsored by Lapco and Milwaukee Tool, we are celebrating our lineman teams.

To participate and enter for the chance to win one of three prize packages from Milwaukee Tool, comment on today's post on the ILRA Facebook page and post a photo from a past Rodeo competition or post your photos to Instagram and tag @LinemenWorld.
