Williams Tree Company mobilized crews to Burlington, Iowa, over the Labor Day weekend to support storm recovery efforts following severe weather that caused significant damage across the region.
The storms caused extensive damage, including downed trees, blocked roads, and power outages. In response, Williams Tree Company worked with local authorities and utility companies to bring in additional teams to address the damage.
The company’s crews provided essential services, including the removal of hazardous trees that posed risks to homes, roads, and power lines, as well as clearing debris from streets and public spaces. They also assisted in power restoration by removing vegetation and debris that impeded repair work, helping to reduce the duration of the outages.
The Burlington response comes just two months after the company’s involvement in another large-scale storm response in Bloomington, Indiana, where a windstorm caused similar widespread damage and power outages.
