Alex Hill

Alex Hill joined Sendero Consulting in June 2016 and currently serves as a Senior Manager. In this role, Alex leads project management and system implementation initiatives across the electric utility, healthcare, financial services, and oil and gas industries. Specializing in Project Management Office (PMO) transformation, Alex excels at helping organizations restructure and optimize their project delivery functions to achieve strategic alignment, operational transparency, and execution excellence. Throughout her career, she has proven to be a trusted leader in managing high-profile IT upgrades and navigating complex business environments. Notably, she recently leveraged her extensive project management expertise to guide the execution of Sendero's largest-ever IT application implementation.

Alex has a diverse background that includes serving as a Product Owner managing product backlogs for multiple IT teams, conducting comprehensive current state assessments to identify operational gaps, and designing strategic change methodologies. Her industry impact is further highlighted by her recent collaboration with a major Texas utility, where she helped establish the program management disciplines required to successfully execute a massive $3.4 billion System Resiliency Plan. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Marketing from the University of Oklahoma.
