Greenlee, a part of Emerson’s professional tools portfolio, recently held its third annual Greenlee Experience, a three-day, all-expenses-paid VIP trip at one of their manufacturing facilities. The once-in-a-lifetime trip is designed to celebrate the hard work and achievements of electrical and utility professionals.
Guests had the opportunity to build a custom iconic Greenlee Knockout Kit, take a behind-the-scenes tour of tool production and help shape future tool development. They also had the opportunity to network with attendees of RIDGID Experience, a similar contest that has been hosted by professional tools brand RIDGID for seven years. Combined, the two concurrent events have invited a growing number of tradespeople to participate in the once-in-a-lifetime trip, helping to reward and draw attention to the shared experiences of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades.
“We had an amazing time connecting with this year’s Greenlee Experience guests, hearing what they love about their profession and getting to roll out the red carpet for each of them,” said Rena Montedoro, marketing manager, Greenlee for Emerson. “It was a memorable event for all involved and one we’re looking forward to hosting again next year.”
Participants came from across North America and shared their excitement for the trip. “Greenlee Tools sure knows how to treat a group of electricians!!! Had the best time with some unbelievable people,” said participant Glenn Dobron from New Jersey. Another participant, Isaiah Castillo from San Antonio, Texas said, “Greenlee Tools has top notch hospitality! Thank you again for the awesome experience. #FeelingBlessed.”
