It's the time of year again for T&D World to review 2018 and see what resonated most with readers. The rebuild of Puerto Rico after the Hurricane Maria hit at the end of 2017 was the topic of three of the galleries. Restoring power to Puerto Rico presented several logistical challenges, which shows in the images that came out of the mutual aid efforts.
