Ameren Customers Can Now Receive Alerts by Text and Email

Ameren customers can get timely updates on account information by signing up to receive email and text message alerts. Customers can choose to receive alerts on bill reminders, payment notices, credit and energy assistance issues and updates on the status of a reported outage.

Ameren alerts provide more control for customers to manage their accounts. Customers are encouraged to enroll not only to stay informed but also for the convenience of receiving account information at the right moment.
