Opening General Session Covers Regulatory Issues

The IEEE PES Opening General Session, Confronting and Dealing with the Regulatory Dilemma, will focus on a major issue(s) confronting the worldwide power-delivery industry in 2008 and beyond. Throughout the Opening Session expert speakers will offer interesting perspectives from where they sit as participants in the power-delivery industry.
