    March 2021 Colorado Winter Storm: A Grid Operations Perspective

    Early Sunday morning the storm moved South across Greeley and into the entire Denver Metro area. The important factor for utilities in the area was that the earlier ice and heavy wet snow were joined by extreme winds causing blizzard conditions.
