About Our Guest: Dr. Yuhsin Hawig of Southwire
Dr. Yuhsin Hawig is the vice president of Applications Engineering for Southwire. She holds a Ph.D. degree in Polymer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Ohio with a diverse career history including the National Institute of Standards & Technology (NIST). She has authored 20 technical journal publications since 2001, written more than 200 technical whitepapers, and holds six U.S. and international patents, as well as served as a guest speaker for IEEE conferences & the Southeastern Electric Exchange trade association. She has been an active management board member for NEETRAC/Georgia Tech since 2015.
