PLW 2-5 Hydraulic Puller
The Condux Tesmec PLW 2-5 Hydraulic Puller provides up to 5,000 lbs of pulling force. Multi-drum puller is designed specifically for use with pilot rope to pull in the heavy pulling ropes and static wire on transmission stringing projects. Can also be used as a conductor puller for distribution conductor stringing. PLW 2-5 can be mounted on a truck chassis or trailer. Max pull force is 5,000 lbf (22 kN) at a maximum speed of 3.0 mph. Approximate rope capacity (synthetic, not steel): 3/8 in (9.5 mm) Rope - 69,000 ft (21,031 m); 1/2 in (12.7 mm) Rope - 39,000 ft (11,887 m).
