The TESLA 3000 disturbance recorder from NxtPhase has the ability to combine multiple recorders into a larger virtual unit via Ethernet communications. It provides 36 analog / 64 digital input channels; 18 analog / 32 digital input channels; or up to 144 analog / 256 digital input channels in cooperative mode. Interfaces include: modem/Ethernet; GPS clock; clamp-on CTs; split core current modules; and DC and LEA modules. Recording is up to 30 sec for fault, 30 min for swing and an adjustable sampling rate can be 32-384 samples/cycle. Also, the product has been designed with an upgrade path to future application needs.
