Brooks Glisson, Sr. is the Sr. Manager of Reliability Programs where he manages the Voltage Optimization department to increase efficiency and intelligence across ComEd’s distribution system. Brooks has engineering experience with multiple electrical utilities across the U.S. with a focus in distribution, power quality, reliability, and planning. He is also a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Illinois and a Certified Energy Manager (CEM).
