Nora Harris ([email protected]) has been working in both environmental management and project management for more than 14 years, and with SCE for seven years. Throughout her career, Harris has been responsible for researching and developing documentation in support of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review, California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) General Order (GO) 131-d compliance, and various other permit mechanisms. In her tenure at SCE, she has led environmental compliance and program management for the transmission line rating remediation (TLRR) program, an effort to bring SCE systems across the service territory into compliance with updated line clearance standards and nationwide circuit rating requirements. Harris holds a bachelor’s degree in American studies, a master’s degree in operations and project management and an active PMP certification.
