Steve Hallmark ([email protected]) has 40 years of experience in transmission and distribution vegetation management. He currently serves as an operations subject matter expert for utility wildfire mitigation efforts and Public Safety Power Shutoff activities. He holds a B.S. Degree in Forest Management from Stephen F. Austin State University, is an International Society of Arboriculture Certified Arborist, Utility Specialist, and Tree Risk Assessment Qualification credential holder. Mr. Hallmark is a member and past president of the Utility Arborist Association.
