Ken Irvin, a co-leader of Sidley’s global Energy practice, represents clients on a range of regulatory and transactional matters in the U.S. electricity and natural gas markets. Ken helps clients with energy transition and decarbonization, PPAs for thermal and renewable generation, carbon offsets and allowance trading, M&A, and overall energy markets design and function. Ken provides counsel on infrastructure development, vehicle electrification and charge points, hedging and credit risks, as well as aids clients on all FERC and CFTC requirements.
