Kim Juyong ([email protected]) received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical and electronic engineering from Kyungpook National University, Daegu, Korea, in 1994 and 2007, respectively. He joined the Korea Electric Power Research Institute of the Korea Electric Power Corp. (KEPCO) in 1994.
