ATLANTA, Georgia, February 19, 2013 — Convergent Outsourcing, Inc., a large, diversified business process outsourcing and receivables management company, has entered into a teaming agreement with Direct Options, Grid One Solutions, PEMCO and Filters Now, to deliver a full suite of end-use consumer services to the utility industry through its Convergent Connections division. With this agreement, Convergent Connections now offers utilities comprehensive, turnkey solutions for customer care, annuity products, energy efficiency program support and meter services.

With its partners, Convergent Connections is bringing to market Home Premise Services (HPS). HPS assures utility end-users they are receiving products and services of the highest quality at the most competitive price. HPS assures utilities across the country that they can count on increased customer satisfaction, profitability and added value for their commodity energy products. Through HPS, Convergent Connections provides utilities and their customers with a broad array of services, including customer care center sales and support, surge protection products, air filter subscription services, warranty protection for home wiring and operational sourcing for meter reading, field services and AMI deployments. In addition, Convergent Connections supports all programs with customer management and market research services.
