BARBERTON, OHIO – December 2008 – The new 2009 Wright Tool catalog themed “perfecting performance” is now available.

Featuring a new updated look, the 406-page catalog provides descriptions, specifications and part numbers for all the Wright Tool product lines.

The catalog introduces new innovative tools that expand the existing line of heavy-duty hand tools, stressing how Wright Tool has been perfecting performance in its product offerings.

Information on the new Wright Tool University is featured in the catalog, as well as industries served by Wright Tool. The new Perfecting Performance Quality Process, a system for identifying customer needs and translating them into quality products and services that exceed the customer's expectations, is also introduced and explained.

“When designing this catalog we kept our customers in mind,” said Ty Smith, director of business development at Wright Tool. “We strived to make the catalog as user friendly as possible. For example, safety information for each tool is located at the beginning of each section and at the bottom of the page the tool is featured on. This is just one of the many ways we are perfecting performance.”
