Watch a video of Maximo Fuentes answering questions from students in the Utility Line Program at Metropolitan Community College Kansas City to win prizes from our sponsors.

Max Fuentes, who started his career with the Sacramento Municipal Utility District in 1984, has led and directed crews as a line foreman and retired five years ago as a Grid Asset Line Supervisor-Business Operations. He has also served as the president and vice president of two post-secondary vocational training schools for lineworkers. 

As part of Weducation Wednesday, sponsored by SensorLink and IFD Corp., T&D World Field Editor Amy Fischbach moderated a Q&A with Fuentes. He answered questions posed by students in the Utility Line Program at Metropolitan Community College Kansas City. Thank you to Susan Blaser, MCC KC program coordinator, for working with the students to supply questions for the educational video.
