We have heard about the “coming boom” in electric vehicles for 20 years or longer. So far, the boom has been more of a soft pop. But the siren song regarding the benefits to utilities of charging millions of electric vehicles continues to blare. Should utilities be involved in the business of promoting electric vehicles?
