IEEE PES Postpones 2020 T&D Conference and Expo to October

Due to the impact of the coronavirus and travel restrictions, IEEE Power and Energy Society has postponed the conference in Chicago.

The World Health Organization declared COVID-19 as a pandemic, and as a result, travel and mass gatherings have been restricted. In turn, the IEEE Power & Energy Society has reached the decision to postpone its T&D conference and exposition. The conference will now take place from Oct. 12-15, 2020, and the exhibits will be open from Oct. 13-15, 2020, at the McCormick Place South.
