Dik van Houwelingen received his MSEE degree from Delft University of Technology in 1985 and subsequently worked at the University Twente. Currently, he works in the asset management division at Stedin Netbeheer B.V. and has more than 30 years in the electricity sector. He is a member of the CIGRE B3 Dutch national committee on substations and electrical installations.
