Carly Harrower is a senior operations manager at ACRT Pacific. She has nearly a decade of vegetation management experience and has served in several roles at ACRT Pacific. Harrower sits on the steering committee for the Rights-of-Way Symposium by the Utility Arborist Association (UAA) and has an International Society of Arborists (ISA) Certified Arborist credential. She is the recipient of the 2021 UAA Rising Star Award. Harrower holds a bachelor’s degree in forestry and soil science from Humboldt State University, located in Arcata, Calif.
