Andrew Kinley is an accomplished technical leader and systems analyst with more than 19 years of experience. He has worked for several utility clients throughout the eastern United States on a broad range of projects, including electric and gas distribution. Currently, he oversees CHA's electric distribution business practice, which includes more than 130 engineers, designers, and project managers focused on overhead and underground electric distribution projects.
