Jim Fuller, PE, is an electrical engineer with more than 28 years of experience in engineering design and management, project management, and program management for power and energy projects. His expertise encompasses a wide array of electrical systems for utilities, generation, industrial, and institutional facilities. He currently oversees CHA's utility infrastructure business line focused primarily on electric and gas utility projects.
