C. Troy Ross is the executive vice president of operations at ACRT Services, where he oversees subsidiaries and maintains a working culture for customers and employees. Prior to his role at ACRT Services, Troy served as president of ACRT — the vegetation management subsidiary. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Union University and holds an MBA from Ashland University.
